Some foods can help in naturally curing tinnitus. It can reduce the symptoms of the medical condition and makes your life easier. How do foods help? Food high in Cobalamin

If you are suffering from vitamin B12 deficiency, you may suffer from tinnitus and other auditory problems. That’s why you need Cobalamin (Vitamin B12) in your food. Ginkgo biloba

There are several exercises which can help you to get rid of tinnitus. Hypertension and atherosclerosis most commonly causes of this medical condition. The following exercises if done regularly will help you to eliminate tinnitus problem.

Exercise 1

Try to open your jaws as wide as you can. Now when your mouth is open, try to touch roof of the mouth using the tip of your tongue. While touching the roof, move the tip of the tongue in backward direction and then after a few seconds pull your tongue out and stretch it to the maximum extent possible. Keep it at the position for some time and repeat it 4 to 5 times.

Exercise 2

First, sit upright and let your chin slowly touch your chest. Then intertwine fingers of both your hands and keep them just at the back of the head. Now try to push your head back while trying to stop the movement with your intertwined hands. It will help you to relax your spinal cord. Repeat this process 3-5 times.
